Electrical Instrumentation
Our instrumentation capabilities include:
- Construction & Commissioning: Instrument & Electrical of new plant and process upgrades including installation of electrical and instrumentation products, tube fabrication and cable management. Commissioning of new plant including function testing, loop checks, instrument calibrations, hazardous area inspections and dossier documentation updates.
- Calibrations: Onsite and in work shop calibrations on all instrumentation equipment including Pressure Gauges & Pressure Transmitters, PSV’s, Temperature Controllers, Temperature Probes, RTD’s & Thermocouples, Level Transmitters & Switches, Flow Meters, pH and Conductivity Sensors & Analyzers, Recorders & Data Loggers, Gas Detection, Balances & Scales, DCS, PLC’s and SCADA Systems, Control Valves, Test & Measurement Calibrators.
- Installations: Installation programming and commissioning of all instrumentation products including ongoing support and calibration packages.
- Shut Downs: Supply of labour and calibration equipment for routine plant shut downs and outages. Specializing in Gas & Steam Turbine outages and inspections.
- Repairs: Repairs and rebuilds of instrumentation equipment including control valves, Pressure instruments, Analyzers, Test equipment etc.
- Scheduled, preventive, and on-demand repair work for instruments and related equipment. This includes identifying problems and fixing them promptly.
- Our technical expert team leads HAZOP and HAZID Study. Our project team, in consultation with you, offers project planning and project delivery services in time that are fit for your site-specific needs.
