PMV Engineering has over 25 years of history in the electrical and engineering sectors. Originally founded as PMV Training, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we began by delivering post-trade electrical training and have since equipped over 15,000 students with industry-relevant skills. This experience has given us a solid understanding of the challenges and needs of the industry, which continues to guide our work today. As we gained experience, we saw the opportunity to expand beyond training and offer full-service engineering solutions. This led to the creation of PMV Engineering.

Under the leadership of Victoria, our Indigenous owner, we combined extensive industry experience with a vision to deliver reliable engineering services to major industrial projects while increasing Indigenous participation in technical roles. Victoria is committed to creating opportunities for Indigenous talent to thrive in industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, and Power Generation. Her vision goes beyond business success; it’s about empowering careers, opening doors for men and women, and creating opportunities for Indigenous communities to thrive in technical fields.

Today, our team, with over 300 years of combined experience, specialises in Hazardous Areas, Electrical Instrumentation, and Asset Management, delivering tailored solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and long-term asset performance across sectors like Chemical Processing, Water, Defence, and Oil & Gas. We are dedicated to training and mentoring the next generation of engineers. Our legacy in education continues to drive our mission of developing skilled professionals who will lead the industry into the future.
