Manpreet brings over 30 years of specialist experience in flow meter technology, pipeline supervision, and manufacturing leadership. Having delivered large-scale water infrastructure projects across India, Manpreet has managed complex programs including the supply and installation of over 50,000 AMR-compatible water meters and major pipeline networks. His expertise spans end-to-end flow measurement systems, from selection and installation to real-time monitoring and compliance reporting.
At PMV Engineering, Manpreet supports our water infrastructure and critical pipeline projects, providing specialist supervision for large-diameter trunk main installations and flow monitoring systems. Graeme has 63 continuous years of experience in electronics, and started his electronic career in civil aviation, maintaining airport communications and navigation electronics. He continued this work as a training instructor for 11 years, with a total of 19 year’s aviation involvement. During this time Graeme developed new training courses in digital electronics.
He then moved on to running a commercial engineering section for seven years, introducing electronic fare collection systems in public transport. He followed this with one year as research manager for a company developing broadcasting electronic systems, then another seven years generating technical documentation for a specialised high-speed electronic communications system.
He returned to fare collection systems for public transport for the next 18 years, specialising in the introduction of smart cards, touring the world to introduce transport companies to these new ideas, and assisting overseas staff with their fare collection system projects. During this time he lived in Belgium and Germany for a while, as the chief technical person involved in the delivery of a smart card fare system for the Rhine-Ruhr area of Germany.
